Kids Kickboxing Program
NEW! Family Classes

These amazing classes serve two main purposes
that every child and parent can benefit from!

First off, the children:

In today’s world, with Internet, video games, and fast food, it is
becoming harder and harder to keep our youth healthy and
physically fit. Almost all kids have, at one point in their lives,
joined and quit an activity of some type. Whether it be basketball,
soccer, karate, baseball etc. Many kids have “been there, done
that” and have lost interest.


This attitude then creates a dilemma for the caring parents that
want their child to remain in decent physical condition, and not
join into Canada’s rising obesity rate. We at Family Kickboxing
have created a NEW Kid’s Kickboxing Program specifically
designed and tailored to children. This fun, safe and friendly
program drastically helps kids get in shape, stay in shape, and
learn many additional disciplines often overseen in other
activities.


This program is designed for parents who strongly care about their children and want them to enjoy all of life’s joys.

Second, the family time:

We have found that it is getting increasingly hard for parents to take part in an activity WITH their child. Not watch from the viewing area, or drop them off at practice, or just show up for the games and cheer from the sideline.

Parents are feeling more disconnected to their child then ever before.

This needs to change, and the time is now.

In these family classes, parents can have fun and workout WITH their child.

We have seen amazing results from this aspect alone!


Dear Al,
"Wyatt and Morgan will not be at kickboxing on Friday Dec 3 rd as Wyatt is in a hockey tournament playing two games friday.  I do know his stamina on the ice has greatly increased as has his posture and general well being. His computer time and his play station time have also greatly decreased.

I have noticed as well physical changes to Wyatt's core a young man who struggled with his mid section from stress eating after the divorce.

The biggest difference is in my daughter though and her sense of importance in the world. Morgan has a new sense of pride in herself and her physical well being. Confidence is very important to the emotional well being of todays youth who often struggle with their sense of place in the world.

It is awesome to see them skip out the doors sweating and at the same time saying " that workout was killer!" or "my abs hurts!".....homework is never a battle as it s its complete before we depart no hassle involved. Thanks for everything !"

We have classes three days a week, and recommend every child/parent to attend  two classes a week.

This achieves several things: First off, it gives the body a good break between classes, but not to long that they may lose interest in classes.

Once a child misses a few days, it becomes easier for them to become side tracked.  Second, it forces the body into a routine. Studies show that if a child attends classes for 6 straight months, their body will always crave to stay in shape and will do so for the rest of their life.  Thirdly, and best of all, it provides the parents with several nights to relax and focus on themselves!


These classes are 45 minute classes and consist of everything from A to Z! A few items we touch base on are stretching, proper technique, discipline, attitude, strength, focus mitts, kicking shields, and of course heavy bag training!

What's great is that parents can still attend other "adult only" classes even if they attend family classes.

We encourage all parents and their child to come out for a FULL FREE WEEK of classes, allowing both the parent and child to see how our Family Classes will be of benefit.
