Sometimes it takes a friend to be truthful, motivate you to stop lying to yourself and dig up that drive needed to reach your goals. To make the change you crave. I am that friend, and now is the time. It is long overdue.

Enough chit-chat, your future awaits!
I know some of you won’t follow through with what needs to be done to reach your goals, but I hope the mental images will help to get you started…
It’s your life you’re gambling with…
Couple questions…
How long have you been overweight?
How long have you been trying to lose weight?
Too long?
Plateaued?
Getting worst?
Feel hopeless? Or worst, starting to accept yourself as is, as “meant to be”?
Sceptical about all this do to so many past failures?
Weight loss is not complicated.
NOTHING can change until you reach a point of disgust; a point of NO MORE. That bottom you hit when you refuse to settle for less than you can be.
Head to the washroom.
Close and lock the door behind you.
Take off all your cloths.
All of it.
(This alone should kick start your drive…!)
Every person deserves to feel comfortable at this point.
It is a shame if you do not feel comfortable with yourself…
Now jump!
No really, jump up and down.
Stare straight into a full body mirror and jump up and down.
Too much action?
Lot’s moving?
Do you keep moving after the jumping has stopped?
Let’s start at the bottom…
How are your legs?
The way you dreamed they would be at your age?
Are they the way you want them to be, deep inside?
Are your calves over developed due to excess weight higher up?
Do your thighs look the way you want them to?
Are you afraid to wear a bathing suit?
What about your butt?
Turn around and take a look.
Jump.
Is that the butt you want your spouse or significant other grabbing? (or anyone for that matter!)
Let’s head back up front.
Take your right hand, bring it over to your stomach and grab a nice big chunk of something!
Is that how you pictured it?
Is that how you want it?
Keep going…
Under your arms, right by your chest…
Does that extra something make strapless dresses hard to wear? If at all?
What about your tricep area? Extend your arm straight out ahead of you.
Now wiggle it!
Too much movement under the arms?
One last time, take a good look in the mirror, jump a little, be specific and notice EVERYTHING you want to change.

What I am about to offer is something we DON"T offer half-heartedly.
Let’s stop kidding around with quirky tittles and just call it “Mission Fat to Fit”, or as one of our students once said, Mission Slim-Possible. (I didn’t want to steal her team name so I won’t be using it, but its awesome!)
This program will cover 3 main topics: goal planning, accountability nutrition and fitness.
Goal Planning
-Each class will have 10 minutes dedicated to goal setting time.
The fact is 99% of you, even after I’ve encouraged it countless times, don’t write down your goals. That is a MAJOR reason as to why you are not there… I know some are thinking “I can just do it at home” Too bad, I don’t want any failures in this program, we will be doing everything together, reaching our goals together, and holding each other accountable to what we set our minds to.
Nutrition
-The truth of the matter is many of us workout like crazy, eat like shit and wonder why we’re not losing weight! Another big thing I’m finding out is people THINK they are eating properly! (By so called “experts” guidelines… Let me remind you about a very important fact, the health industry is a BUSINESS, it needs to make money. If you are all eating home-grown fruits and vegetables, and no longer buying all the drugs they prescribe they go out of business. More on this in the program…
Now with that being said, I will show you how you can enjoy a good 80% of what you already consume and STILL increase your health and vitality tenfold.
-We will have weekly health chats and q&a’s.
-There will be a meal tracker provided
-There will be meal plans provided.
-Expert resources provided.
Fitness
-The fitness will be intense. Not in terms of “if your over 40 you can’t, or if you have a bad knee you can’t ….”. Every student will be at their own safe pace, and often VERY individualized to reach your specific goals.
-The workouts CANNOT be in the evenings. Weight loss is substantially more effective first thing in the morning. If you want to reach your goals once and for all - no exceptions.
The only aspect not decided is days and times. It will be 2 mornings a week, with MUST DO homework for the off day, whether at home of at the club at alternate classes. Like I said, I want EVERYONE in this program to reach their goals.
Workouts are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6AM
-We will be weighing-in EACH class.
-You will be set up with a partner of your choice, or you can do it yourself, but measurements will be taken every 2 weeks.
I can’t stress this enough, this program is NOT designed for the half-hearted people. If you have been overweight for a while, or are starting to and are panicking and are ready for a change NOW, this is it.
If you are unsure if you really want to have the body you dream of, this isn’t for you.
This program will guarantee you results, and that is why I will not be accepting those without good enough reasons.
You read it correctly! I will be accepting only a handful of people that I feel are committed enough to achieve what they have been stressing about more than anything.
This program will run for 8 weeks.
September gets crazy for all of us, and we never seem to recover then all of a sudden its spring and were way fatter than when the winter started! This program will force you to keep your commitment even when schedules get crazy.
There will always be excuses, that is why we are forced to make these drastic changes, because we abuse the excuses.
If you are tired of trying to lose weight, of not feeling comfortable at the beach, or even just in a tank top, enough is enough.
