For the past two years, one of the most common questions we get is "Do you offer early morning or lunch time programs?".
Up until now, the answer has always been the same, "our schedule is too full at this moment to add anything".
Now, many of you may not know, but last May 2011 I was approached by one of the popular “Bell Park Boot Camps” that go on every summer, to do a once a week thing for them. I agreed, and since May, I have been coming in once a week at 6am to run this boot camp for them!
This program was such a success, running for 4 solid months at 30+ a class, that we decided to open up a full time Early Bird program.
This program will be strongly targeting common "problem areas" with weight loss.
These programs will focus on two key points: weight loss and muscle tone.
Weight Loss:
A lot of you already know the HUGE benefits of working out first thing in the morning.
It is the best way to get the metabolism reving all day, doubling and tripling the amount of calories burned throughout the day.
These programs will incorporate many techniques we currently use in class, as well as many more new activities to maximize weight loss.

Muscle Tone:
In the past few days since our successful weight loss challenge came to an end, I have been overwhelmed by the following questions:
-How do I "tighten" up my arms and legs since I've lost weight?
-How do I lose the last few pounds hanging on to my belly to reveal the flat tummy i've been working towards.
-How do I "firm up" my butt after weight loss?
We will be adding a strong focus on these common "problem areas" many of us deal with after and during weight loss.
This program fills up VERY fast.
